At the apex level, our company is guided by Mr. RANA SOM, a highly esteemed principal advisor. Mr. Som is globally recognised for his exceptional entrepreneurial skills and achievements. He brings with him a wealth of experience, having previously served a s the chairman and managing director of NMDC LTD, a public sector company in India and he was also the chairman of Hindustan copper LTD, the largest copper Minning in India. Additionally, he has also held the esteemed position of chairman in two major mining companies in the USA. We are privileged to have Mr. Som's valuable insights and expertise in shaping our company's strategic direction.

Operation Head
Andre Bella Rosa, our Operations Head, is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives. With a strong reputation in the mining and trading sector in Brazil, Andre is a well-known mining expert. He has extensive experience in managing projects related to mine development and processing plants. Andre is also a skilled opportunities hunter in the Brazilian mining and trading sector.
BRUNO ESTEFANO TEIXEIRA
Legal Advisor
Bruno Estefano Teixeira is a highly accomplished Legal Advisor with extensive expertise in corporate and mining law. He provides valuable guidance and counsel to companies looking to invest in Brazil. With a strong track record of delivering effective legal solutions, Bruno is widely recognized as a trusted and reliable advisor in the field. He is currently serving as a board member, representing the State partnership, at the second-largest lithium company in Brazil, as well as at the largest niobium mine company in the world. Additionally, Bruno holds the position of Legal and Mine Director at a prominent state company in Brazil, located in the country's most important mining state.

RSP INTERNATIONAL FZCO operates as the headquarters of our organisation, overseeing strategic operations and global business development. We leverage our extensive network and expertise to ensure the success of our mining and trading ventures.
Additionally, we have a subsidiary company called RSP BRASIL TRADE EXPORTAÇÃO E MINERAÇÃO LTDA, which operates in Brazil. This expansion into Brazil allows us to tap into the rich mineral resources of the region and further strengthen our position in the industry.

History of the Company
Our company, RSP International, has a history rooted in the acquisition and operation of mines in the continent of Africa. However, due to the emergence of better opportunities in Latin America, particularly in Brazil, our focus has shifted to this region.
At present, our African assets are on hold as we redirect our resources and efforts towards capitalising on the favourable conditions in Brazil. This strategic decision allows us to take advantage of the rich mineral resources and potential for growth in the Brazilian mining sector.
